Poltronova Sofo rug, designed by Centro Studi Poltronova in collaboration with cc-tapis, is a unique piece inspired by the iconic Superstudio's modular system called "iperpop." The rug is a result of extensive research conducted in the archives of Centro Studi Poltronova. The design of the Sofo rug is derived from a logo created in the 1960s by the members of Superstudio, which was originally used on the product's shipping packaging. It features a composition of concentric circles with geometric typographic forms in the center, displaying the name of the product. This design element is now incorporated into the rug's overall shape. The Sofo rug is available in two color variations that draw inspiration from the typical chromatic compositions of the associated sofa: "verosa" and "rosancio." These color palettes complement the overall aesthetic of the rug and create a cohesive design language with the rest of the Superstudio collection.
