The Molteni MHC.2 is a re-edition of Yasuhiko Itoh's 1959 bookcase prototype. It received an award in the 3rd edition of the Selettiva competition in Cantù del 1959, made completely of bent wood coated with Canaletto walnut, a difficult procedure for the time period.
This item is both sophisticated and refined. This item is now available as a regular, non-numbered piece in bent wood coated in walnut, following a limited edition run of 100 numbered pieces.
Available in two sizes both in canaletto walnut.
