Louis Poulsen Patera is the lamp designed by Øivind Slaatto in 2015. Inspired by the mathematical formations found in nature, from seeds in sunflowers to snail shells, Patera was born from the designer's fascination with the Fibonacci sequence and incorporates it into the spiral pattern that makes up the lamp.
Patera can be considered a modern reinterpretation of the classic chandelier, it is a uniformly luminous sphere formed by small rhomboidal cells from which tiny beams of light "escape". Ideal both as a single point of light and accompanied by other Patera staggered or aligned in larger environments.
