Artek Chair 611 Black, Black/Red Chair

Artek Chair 611 was designed by Alvar Aalto in 1929. The chair, one of Alvar Aalto's earliest modern furniture designs, has been in continuous production since its creation.

The strong wood frame of Chair 611 is complemented by a woven fabric seat and backrest. The fabric webbing, which is designed to provide comfort and practicality, yields to the sitter, making the chair extremely comfy.
Frame, seat and backrest are available in several finishes. This is the version in black lacquered frame and black/red webbing.
The duo-tone colors give the image a three-dimensional appearance. Chair 611 may be readily reupholstered, allowing it to have multiple life cycles. Chair 611 stacks up to four chairs and is suitable for practically any area.
