Artek Aslak Chair

Artek Aslak chair, designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara, is light and very versatile. Perfect for domestic use or contract areas, Aslak is also suitable for bar, restaurants or cafes since Its short rounded armrests allow it to be pulled up easily to desks and dining tables, while its curved seat and backrest allow for hours of comfortable sitting,
It was originally designed in 1946 by Ilmari Tapiovaara, it wasn’t manufactured until 1958, when technical advances made mass production possible.
The seat and backl are in formed beech plywood, whiile the structure is in Solid beech and form pressed beech plywood.
Aslak is available in Red, Petrol Green, White, Grey and Black. Stackable up to 4 pieces.
