Artek A201 suspension lamp, designed by Alvar Aalto, consists of two steel cylinders and a perforated brass ring. The lamps reflects light through both the upper and lower parts to create an effect similar to sunlight. In addition the lamp also provides downward illumination. The brass ring adds an elegant finishing touch while also preventing glare.
