Cassina Dudet PRO Chair

Cassina Pro Dudet chair, designed by Patricia Urquiola, is a small armchair that is highly evocative and strongly inspired by 1970s design. Dudet is a compact structure defined by three individual padded elements: a seat cushion and two tubes that fluidly form its legs, armrests, and backrest in a continuous line. The Dudet armchair's soft and inviting appearance is immediately striking, and beneath its welcoming curves lies a conscious design that allows for easy disassembly of its components. This innovative system, with a focus on circularity, enables the separation of its metal core from the polyurethane foam padding, which contains a percentage of polyols derived from biological sources. This facilitates both the disposal of individual pieces and the recycling of its noble materials, such as steel.
