Tom Dixon Copper Wide is a ball with a metallised aluminium interior. The shade is created by exploding a thin layer of pure metal onto the internal surface of a polycarbonate globe.

The classic and familiar sphere gets squashed then stretched to create a new pair of complimentary forms in the trademark mirrored copper.
