Molteni Teorema Cabinet

Molteni Teorema, designed by Ron Gilad, is an american walnut unit with open compartments or drawers that may be utilized as a single unit or stacked in a linear or offset manner to form night tables, chests of drawers, or modular living room systems.

The Designer transforms a chest of drawers with rotating pieces in space into a storage unit that stacks confinement and open glass sections to form a single solid with a highly faceted surface.

The drawers can be aligned with the rest of the unit or displaced at a 20° angle. The finish, either Canaletto Walnut or Eucalyptus, is a wonderful blend of the mechanical machining's micrometrical accuracy and the artistry required in folding and gluing the structure together.
