Poltrona Frau Jane Table

Jane is a brand new creation designed by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poltrona Frau. The Jane table has a vast and irregular surface, with three rounded corners. Created from precious marble with its warm earthy tones, it sits atop three large supports that resemble three dolmen or three large tree trunks.

The surface is available in white Calacatta Gold or Emperador marble. The legs have a solid beech wood core that is enclosed in four high-density MDF panels, shaped and veneered with moka or wenge-stained ash.

Five, eight or even ten people can be seated around it. You can sit around one end, still quite spacious, and use the other for books or other objects. The ingenious steel junction between the legs and the top emphasises the sensation that the surface is floating in space. The Jane is an unconventional table that can be used for big meals or as a work table organising its large surface in complete freedom.
