Henge Cage Layer bookcase. The double-sided Cage Layer bookcase by Henge is a design product that combines the functionality of a bookcase with the aesthetics of a sculptural work of art. The bookcase consists of a series of metal shelves arranged on either side of a metal "cage"-shaped structure that extends from the floor to the ceiling. The shelves can be positioned at different heights within the cage, allowing for flexibility in arranging the exhibits. The shape of the cage also offers some privacy and separation between the two sides of the bookcase. Henge's Cage Layer bookcase is made of stainless steel and is offered in different metallic finishes, including brass, bronze and copper.
