Cassina Gueridon J.M. Side Table

The Cassina side table Gueridon J.M. is a unique and rare table with soft and snug lines, designed by Charlotte Perriand in 1935 for her husband Jacques Martin house in Tokyo, who headed the Air France company in Japan in that period. Its undoubted benefit is surely its versatility. In effects, Gueridon J.M. is very easy to adapt. It can be positioned next to the sofa or combined with small Berger tabourets and it always gives to the room an unconventional touch. The structure is in moulded glassreinforced plastic, onto which the saddle-leather is then sewn and fi tted, all procedures carried out strictly by hand just like saddle making. The saddle-leather upholstery comes in a wide range of colours with matching stitching and edging.
