Molteni Large Sofa

Molteni Large sofa design by Ferruccio Laviani. Ferruccio Laviani designs Large, a system of sofas, fixed or modular, with balanced volumes and generous proportions. With a single seat cushion made from a new generation heat-sensitive foam that molds itself to distribute weight and maintain seat shape. Born in 1960 in Cremona, Pietro Ferruccio Laviani is the artistic director for companies, industrial products and outfitting for retail. Since 1999 he has been designing for Dada and Molteni & C, contributing significantly to the construction of the Molteni & C range of sofas and armchairs, with Hi-Cove, Hi-Bridge, Holiday and Freestyle, examples of functionality and rigor of forms. For Dada he designs several kitchens, including Quadrante and Hi-Line, which have marked the company's history over the last decade.
