Introduction

Our products quality is on the top of their categories and the stock and shipping ways are made to guarantee the products to be safe. Deplain bought directly form the producers brands, selected for quality and control standards. All our products are covered by warranty for every imperfection or lack pertaining to the product itself, to be pointed out by 8 days since the discovery. We shall replace the product with no further expense from you and refund the customer, in compliance with the  Italian Civil code articles 1519 quater and sexies.

Deplain, provider for the website www.deplain.com, sells high quality level products. The producers provide a warranty that depends of the product type. Warranty starts from the day you buy the item. This service is directly provided prom the producers brands.

In which cases can I ask the return and refund of my offer?

No problem! If you are not satisfied, you can ask a refund and return it back in an easy and fast way. Right of withdrawal is governed by the current laws. Please click here.

What can I return and when?

You can return the item/s you bought by communicating your intent by 14 business days since the date of the delivery of the order.

Right of withdrawal governed by the current selling conditions is not applied to customized goods or goods that for their nature cannot be re-shipped or fast deteriorate.

How does the return happen?

Items to be returned must be in the original conditions, adequately packaged.

The shipping must be done by the same paper box the product has been delivered. In case you have not the protecting paper box used for the delivery, the customer shall return the product in another protecting box in order to delivers it to the Deplain storehouse with the best care possible.

Into the pack you must put a copy of the delivery not in which you shall point out the returned items and the reasons why you return them.

In case you cannot ship the items, write to info@deplain.com and we shall pick them up by our couriers.

Can I replace any product?

If the item were different or damaged we could replace it with another item, and you should return the damaged item by 14 days since the delivery date (if available). It you want to replace the item or order a new one, you shall return it and place a new order.

When and how can I obtain a refund?

Returns of the products will create a refund in the amount of 100% of the cost of the item. In case of different or damaged product, Deplain will refund also the shipping expenses, which otherwise will be at your expense.

The refund can be effectuated by bank transfer or PayPal: to specify the selected way contact us to info@deplain.com. To partial replacement will correspond partial refunds.

Deplain will provide to refund by the way you have chosen by 48 h since the confirmation of the arrival in stock the returned item.
The refund on your checking account or Paypal will appear in few days depending on the bank.

Are products bought on Deplain covered by warranty?

Deplain and/or the partner producers will provide, according to the products bought by the costumer, the legal warranty in accordance with the conditions and terms in the articles 128 e ss. of the Consumption Code. In particular, the rights from that warranty are valid if products have been correctly used, with the right care and respecting the use and what is described in the included indications, and by showing from the customer of the delivery note with the indication of the number of the order. The expenses of the returnation of the products by using the warranty will be at Deplain and/or partner producers.
