Poltrona Frau Mr Moonlight Bed

The lightness of the structure of Poltrona Frau Mr Moonlight bed, designed by Ludovica+Roberto Paloma, seems to make it folat. 

Its unformal and relaxed style is the result of a compact series of volumes that stands out for their subtle elegance. The imposing headboard cushion is embellished by a simple central stitching and elaborate edges. 

The headboard structure of the Mr Moonlight bed is in solid poplar and birch plywood with polyurethane foam padding and a goose down cushion. The base is made from beech plywood. Die-cast aluminium for the sides and corners in moulded aluminium with Ruthenium finish for the footboard and feet. The bed bases are in birch plywood. The base and headboard are upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather, also combined with fabrics, or in Cuoio Saddle leather combined with Pelle Frau® leather or fabric.
