Molteni Kew is a set of small round tables designed by Rodolfo Dordoni. The presence of metal in combination with other materials harkens back to the vast Victorian-era metal greenhouses in the Kew Botanical Gardens.
Small structural subtleties, such as the slightly sloped four-ray base that conceals the built-in feet, are hidden under the seemingly plain metal frame.
The surface of Kew coffee table can be made of marble or wood while the slightly flared side rim is always made of leather. The middle plinth is cone-shaped, into which the top is fitted. The table top is made of two distinct materials and is thick.
