Flos Guns - Table Gun is a table lamp designed by Philippe Starck. Body is die cast aluminum with an overmolded polymer coating and gloss 18K gold plated or chrome finish. Matte black or white plasticized paper shade with an internal gold silkscreened or grey finish. On the cable there is the electronic dimmer which allows the regulation of light brightness.
It's a family of lamps thought and designed in 2005 by Philippe Starck and produced by FLOS. Despite the youth of the project, it has quickly gotten notoriety, thanks also to the strong provocative message that contains underlining the strong relationship between the man and the weapons. The object has been exposed in different museums of design and modern art as the Triennial Design Museum in Milan.
It's very interesting the provacate message put on the base lamp ''Happiness Is a Hot Gun''.7
