Cavalletto is an extreme lightness trestle table, designed by Franco Albini and produced in 2008 by the Italian company Cassina. This table is composed of special elements and assembled by means of screws and two dark brass pulleys, which ensure the stability of the frame. Its top and whole structure are made of walnut or natural and black ash. Based on opposing forces, Cavalletto has elegant and sophisticated shapes and refined details. Originally designed in 1950, Cavalletto is now part of the Cassina Collection "I Maestri".
