Cassina LC1 UAM Armchair

Cassina LC1 Armchair is a simple and essential armchair designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Charlotte Perriand and presented at the first exhibition of the Union of Modern Artists in 1930, an opportunity to show how the piece of furnishing presented the previous year at the Salon d’Automne could be made using a wider variety of finishes.The structure is in polished trivalent chrome plated (CR3) steel, while the armrests are wider at the front and tapered towards the back. Seat, backrest and armrests come in self-supporting ecru fabric with natural leather trimmings.
