Bird is a modern chaise longue rocking designed by the famous designer Tom Dixon in 1991 for Cappellini. The chaise longue, which resembles the wings of a seagull, consists of a structure in medium density wooden conglomerate panels, solid fir and metal, upholstered in multi-density polyurethane foam. It is available in different densities and removable cover. Bird is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic chaise longue, with simple and elegant lines, designed to achieve complete relaxation.
Structure:
1. Panels made of wood particles and solid wood with metal insert rectangular to balance with polyurethane foam of different densities with elastic straps and velvet, covered in removable fabric or leather-defined list.
Base:
2. Sub-base in plastic.
